• Internet : We, STR, have a server audit plan everyday. If we found some problems, we will tackle and solve it immediately (based on host security plan)

• Intranet : Due to complication on database backup procedure, sometimes user doesn’t know how to do it correctly. Therefore if the database server have problem, the data can not be retrieved.
• Internet : Daily Database Backup routine is our policy by our staff. |

• Intranet : generally the software you purchase from any software house, they doesn’t sell database together with their software. Therefore, if the license audit company visits at your site, you can’t claim any responsibility with Software Company.
• Internet : All Licenses, we are responsible for it. No risk from license auditor. |
