We have 4 types of supporting services

   +    Training
    •   We have training center and the trainer to teach how to use and adapt our software
     to your business, you can visit our training center anytime at our office
•   The training module will include the basic use, how to start the system and how to
     solve your existing problem.
•   Normally 1 - 2 days period in software training
   +    Implement
 

            In order to 100% success in software adaptation or software usage, the implementation is recommendable, here is the implementation detail we offers

    i.  Training all software module that is related to user
ii. Adjust our standard forms to customer existing forms
iii. Customized/Modify program in some parts based on customer requirement.
iv. Import all related data
v.  Create/ Customize report based on customer requirement
   +    Telephone Calling Support
    The customer can directly contact to our support division to ask about the program usage or some troubleshooting of program. We prepare the support service 8 hour a day (9.00 am.- 5.00 pm) . So when customer call in service hour, Don’t worry that no one answer the phone.
   +    Online Service
    Some time the problem must be immediately tackle, so we have setup the emergency plan “online service” like remote access to help the customer or to update application version when serious issue occur
